HOUSING CONCEPT
Subject to availability of land and dwelling units (DUs), multiple units, row housing, multi-storey buildings, group-housing or plots may be planned at different stations. Society shall take its indigenous project or collaborate with a developer keeping in mind the benefit of its members considering availability of land, cost of the unit and timely possession. All projects shall be with the most modern facilities like Park, Club and swimming pool and ample parking (at cost) within the project.
