is a project initiated as a Housing Welfare Measure for Central as well as State

Government Employees and Defense Personals

GEHWS intends to organize residential Units (Flats & Plots) at most reasonable prices for the employees of central & state government, PSUs, ministries, employees of Railways and Banks along with Defense personals (Navy, Air Force and Army), CPOs, administrative, forest & police services etc. With the initiative of the company under guidance of a highly efficient and experienced advisors that also support the Government policy to provide residences to all till 2031. By our vast experience, connections in the industry and available resources in the real estate industry and experience of providing units to government of India undertaking like NTPC, ONGC, Coal India, PSUs under ministry of power and other government organization and societies we understand the basic know how of the process. With GEHWS we intend to support the special and dedicated citizen of India that all government employees along with uniform personnel.

To provide a house to every member of our society we have planned at least one project by name and style of “Kendriya Sadan” in every prominent city on demand basis.
